本設(shè)備可用于中藥、食品、化工行業(yè)的常壓、微壓、水煎、溫浸、熱回流、強(qiáng)制循環(huán)、滲漉、芳香油提取及有機(jī)溶煤的回收等多種工藝操作。罐體配備CIP清洗自動(dòng)旋轉(zhuǎn)噴洗球，測(cè)溫孔、防爆視孔燈、視鏡、快開式投料口等，確保操作簡(jiǎn)便，符合GMP標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。設(shè)備內(nèi)筒體材質(zhì)為進(jìn)口SUS304，夾套采用全封閉硅酸鋁毯保溫，外筒體SUS304亞光薄鋼板飾面。設(shè)備成套供應(yīng)包括：除沫器、冷凝器、冷卻器、油水分離器、過(guò)濾器、氣缸控制臺(tái)等附件。
